What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order is shipped. Standard shipping times are between 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided immediately after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at sneakerverse000@gmail.com.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied or if there's an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return and refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return process to receive a full refund.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at sneakerverse000@gmail.com as soon as possible. If notified within 24 hours, we can update the address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or address change after 24 hours of order placement.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, as we ship globally from different fulfillment centers. The average delivery time is 3-7 business days.
