Shipping policy

Our standard delivery period is 3-5 working days. However, during festive seasons, this may extend to up to 7 working days. For international deliveries, please allow 7-21 working days.

We process and deliver orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for certain orders.

We primarily use Postnet as our shipping courier. If Postnet is unavailable in your area, we will utilize Paxi to ensure timely delivery.

If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. A shipping confirmation email & sms will be sent for each shipment, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when.
